Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after business hours may begin processing the following business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
United States Shipping
All U.S. orders ship via UPS.
- Free standard shipping (UPS Ground) on all U.S. orders up to $150
- Free two day shipping on U.S. orders $151 and over
- Optional overnight shipping is available for $45 at checkout
Shipping promotions apply to U.S. orders only.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin once the order has shipped, not when it is placed.
International Shipping
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.
Free shipping promotions do not apply to international orders. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
Shipping Delays
While we aim to ship orders promptly, delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or high order volume. Places | Moments is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional shipping fees for reshipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Places | Moments is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking information.
